Publicity and Student Images Objection Form

As part of the College’s publicity activities there may arise, on occasion, a situation whereby the College, Catholic Education Office of WA (CEWA) or local media will need to take photographs and/or video footage of your child or use a news story for publication in newspapers, College documents, CEWA and Catholic agency documents (e.g. Caritas, CDF, LifeLink etc.), training videos, social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, You Tube etc.) and or the College/CEWA websites.

If you DO NOT want your child to feature in such publicity, please complete the form below. Forms completed for previous years are no longer valid; if you choose not to have your son or daughter featured please complete form for 2024 below.
