Student Services

Student Services functions as a central point of information between students, families, and staff.

At Ursula Frayne, Student Services functions slightly differently on both campuses.

Student Services Balmoral Campus

The Front Office provides student services support for the Balmoral campus. Staff at the front desk will support parents to:

  • Sign in and out as required throughout the day if visiting the campus
  • Sign students in and out for appointments during the day
  • Collect details on student absences or other information that needs to be passed to teachers or Heads of School
  • Collect updated medical information for students
  • Collect medication and provide First Aid as required on the campus
  • Co-ordinate messages from parents to students during the school day
  • Co-ordinate deliveries and appointments for uniforms
  • Support the Heads of School with administration functions
  • Make appointments to see the Head of School

Student Services Duncan Campus

The Student Services team on the Duncan campus supports students, parents and staff by coordinating the following processes:

  • Signing students in and out for appointments during the day
  • Signing parents in and out as required during the day if they are visiting the campus
  • Collecting details of student absences or other information that needs to be passed to teachers or Heads of School
  • Coordinating the collection of uniforms
  • Coordinating medication, details about medical information and First Aid
  • Coordinating messages from parents to students during the school day
  • Supporting students with lost property, information, and the collection of official forms such as timetables
  • Supporting the Heads of School with administration functions
  • Booking the appointments for the Heads of School

Student Services at the Duncan Campus also contains the following key staff:

  • Careers Coordinator
  • International Students’ Coordinator
