Enrolments and Fees

Ursula Frayne Catholic College is a dual campus co-educational Catholic day college with students from Kindergarten to Year 12.  We welcome applications for enrolment at any time.

Our intake years are Kindergarten and Year 7.  Enrolment interviews for Kindergarten are conducted in the year preceding the student’s entry to the College.  Enrolment interviews for Year 7 are conducted when the student is in Year 5.  Vacancies may occur from time to time at other year levels in the College.

Students are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct and to participate fully and enthusiastically in the life of the school. They are required to take part in the academic, sporting, social and religious activities.

HOW TO ENROL

There are four steps to enrolment for domestic students. Our process for international enrolments is slightly different and further information can be found here.

STEP ONE – SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

  1. Download our Application for Enrolment Form or collect a copy from either campus
  2. Complete the form and submit by email or mail to our Enrolments Officer

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

On page five of our Enrolment Application form, you’ll find a comprehensive checklist of the supporting information we’ll require to help us process your application.  Parents are required to submit a separate application for each child.

A non-refundable Enrolment Processing Fee of $40 is required for the Application to be processed. The fee can be paid via cash, credit card or direct deposit.

STEP TWO – ENROLMENT INTERVIEW

If your child is selected for an interview, you will be contacted via phone to arrange a suitable time.  A confirmation email will be sent advising of any further documentation required.  For further information regarding enrolment priority, please refer to our insert link to enrolment policy

STEP THREE – LETTER OF OFFER

Following your enrolment interview if a suitable place is available, you’ll receive a letter of offer along with an acceptance form via email.

STEP FOUR – ACCEPTING THE OFFER

To accept the offer of enrolment, the acceptance form along with a non-refundable acceptance fee is required to secure your child’s enrolment:

  • Balmoral Campus - $100
  • Duncan Campus - $300

This fee is credited to the first term’s fees.  Please refer to our Fees and Charges for further details.

Our Enrolments Officer will assist your family in taking the final steps to complete the enrolment which include:

  • Visiting the Uniform Shop
  • Subject selection (Years 8 – 12)
  • Book lists and laptop requirements
